I’m an EMDR trained, art therapist who specializes in traumatic processing with a passion for helping individuals find their truth and scream it from the mountain tops. Since opening in 2021 we have grown to a team of three highly skilled therapists. We now offer high quality mental health services to children and teens, in addition to adults. Our therapists are specialized in working with kids and adults with a variety of life concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, ADHD, neurodivergence, behavioral problems, school issues, low self-esteem, boundary issues and so much more.
